Order & Exchange

After we receive your order, we immediately start the shipping process, therefore we do not cancel orders. In case of an incorrect order, we can exchange the incorrectly ordered product for an otherwise desired product. If you have received a damaged shipment, we kindly ask you to send us a photo with a short description to orders@caendle.ch
