Lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia)

Known for relaxing, cleansing, and purifying properties. Historical use by nurses during World War II for its antiseptic qualities; they burned dried lavender to purify the air and attract positive energy. Hand-rolled in Peru with lavender flower powder, sawdust of Palo Santo wood, vegetable gum, and bamboo sticks.

Directions: Hold at an angle pointing down. Light the tip and blow out the flame so that only smoke is produced. Place in an incense holder and allow the incense to linger. When finished, extinguish in the sand.
